Yoga Flow with Emily Forte, 4:45-5:30 PM ET
Start your week off right by synchronizing your mind and body, with breath and dynamic movement in a cleansing and invigorating all-levels mind-body practice. You'll move in a rhythmic and fluid manner to increase range of motion, build strength, dissolve tension, and enhance mental clarity.

-You have control over your environment so please clear the area of any obstacles and obstructions.
-Keep water available to hydrate throughout the class.
-If you are choosing to workout outdoors, be sure that you are on level ground and are mindful of the weather, in particular, as heat affects exertion.

Class Setup:
-Have your mat about 3-4 feet from your screen
-Center your camera on the long side of the mat
-If you don’t have a mat, you can lay a towel down, or practice on a padded carpet
-Be sure the light is coming from behind your screen. If you set up by a window and you are between the window and the screen, you will appear shadow-ey
-If you normally use Zoom with a virtual background, please turn it off for the class, or you may disappear into it as you move.

Equipment:
-All you need is a mat or towel!
-If you'd like to have an extra towel or rolled up blanket to pad your knees, keep one next to your mat, and if you have yoga blocks, you can use them for support. If you do not have blocks, no worries! You can replace them with a large book, a tissue box, a cardboard box, or even a toilet paper roll.
