Cardio Barre with Julie McHugh, 4:45-5:30 PM ET
Join this fast-paced cardio and toning class that combines elements of barre, Pilates, boxing, and yoga to burn fat with minimal impact on joints. This 45-minute class will challenge your endurance and work on deep stabilizer muscles to help you function more efficiently in daily life.

-You have control over your environment so please clear the area of any obstacles and obstructions.
-Keep water available to hydrate throughout the class.
-If you are choosing to workout outdoors, be sure that you are on level ground and are mindful of the weather, in particular, as heat affects exertion
